People who sighted the spectacle were excited and quickly clicked pictures of the ellipse on their mobile phones. Scientists though clarified that similar to the dust particles on earth, dust particles and water droplets in the atmosphere float up to a certain distance and form a circle around the sun resembling an ellipse. But since these automatically split in a short period, this does not cause any change or harm to nature.
