Ganga Medical Centre and Hospitals (GMCH) has been identified as the Centre for Quality Promotion (CQP) by the Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO). In the year 2018, the hospital had performed over 25,000 surgeries and treated more than two lakh outpatients. Every year, there has reportedly been a consistent increase in the number of patients which the hospital authorities believe was possible because of quality treatment at an affordable cost.
In recognition to its patient quality and safety, the hospital has been accredited with National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) in the year 2012 and National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (NABL) in the year 2019. It has also won the prestigious IMC Bajaj Excellence trophy and AHPI award in the year 2019 for quality patient care.
As a drive for commendable service quality, CAHO has chosen Ganga Medical Centre and Hospitals to function as the 25th CQP Centre recognized in India.
