Coimbatore: In the genre of adventure books, 'Salayil Oru Sagasa Payanam' a Tamil book written by Surendran was launched in the city at the Sri Ramakrishna Hospital's auditorium.
The book is about an adventurous road trip to Arunachal Pradesh showcased through photographs mostly. The book is being hailed as noteworthy because it is the first Tamil book to be written in the genre of adventure stories. The book is more like a travelogue that enlightens the reader about the beautiful and breathtaking places to be discovered in India.
The book was released by B.K. Krishnaraj Vanavarayar, Chairman, KCT and received by D. Lakshminarayanasamy, Joint Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust.
Marabin Maindhan, Muthiah who served as the editor of the book and globe-trotter on roads, Meenakshi Arvind and also participated in the launch event.
