The Nilgiris : Perur resident, Indira Priyadharshini (24) who joined the Ooty Affiliate Court as a typist in March this year, ended her life by consuming poison. The police retrieved her body from a working women's hostel in Ooty and sent it for autopsy to the Ooty Government Hospital.

Indira Priyadharshini had been staying in a working women's hostel in Ooty since she was working at the Ooty Court. A team from the B-1 police station are investigating the case to ascertain if she had committed suicide owing to mental stress or if there was any other reason behind her death.
