Dr. C. Sekar, Joint Director, Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Durairaj, Joint Director, National rural mission and Dr. Raghunadhan, Department of general medicine, Madras Medical College were part of the team visiting CMCH.

The officials interacted with the parents of the children admitted in the Integrated intensive care unit for pediatrics and inquired on how their wards got infected and the symptoms they reported.
They also consoled them and assured them best of treatment. Dean, Dr. B. Asokan and other doctors from pediatrics ward were present.
