The Nilgiris : The forest officials are investigating on the death of a leopard cat found in one of the main areas in Ooty.
A two-year-old leopard cat was found dead under mysterious circumstances behind a private pharmaceutical college in Kumaran Nagar in Ooty.
Upon receiving information, the forest officials reached the spot and sent the carcass to the veterinary hospital for postmortem. The death of the animal is yet to be ascertained.
