Coimbatore : Following the raids by DVAC sleuths at Gandhipuram Sub-registrar office near Saravanampatti on Monday, unaccounted cash of Rs. 70,000 was seized.
Coimbatore : Following the raids by DVAC sleuths at Gandhipuram Sub-registrar office near Saravanampatti on Monday, unaccounted cash of Rs. 70,000 was seized.
After inquiry, the DVAC have filed cases on Sub registrar (incharge) Amsaveni (43) and four others including Assistants Logathal (50), Chamundeeshwari (50), and Thiagarajan (38) and Junior Assistant Venkateshwari (38).
Cases under various anti-corruption laws including Section 41 and 102 in The Code Of Criminal Proce have been filed against them. A charge sheet will be filed and submitted in the court soon, said sources from DVAC.
