Tirupur: Students of the Tirupur Aranmanai Pudur Corporation Middle School conducted a 'Kalvi Seer Vizha' program to give a facelift to the school by improving its infrastructure.

Following the State government's proposal to shut down government schools with poor enrolments, the students of Tirupur Aranmanai Pudur Corporation Middle School held a novel awareness session to woo more students to join government school.
Amid a troupe playing drums, the teachers, students and parents hosted the Kalvi Seer procession in which they brought chairs, notebooks, televisions, fans and other items worth Rs.2 lakhs for the school.
The dedication by the students and the parents to facelift the government school was well appreciated by the public.
