Coimbatore : The Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) on Monday conducted a raid at a sub-registrar office (SRO) in Saravanampatti on Monday.
The DVAC officials have seized unaccounted cash of over RS. 70,000 from the SRO office.
The DVAC team conducted the raid following several complaints of bribery against the officials at the Saravanampatti SRO.
Presently, the officials are inquiring Amasaveni, Sub registrar and other staff at the SRO.
