Poet Kavidasan flagged the mini marathon competition from Black Thunder in Ooty main road which ended at the school grounds of Satchithananda Jothi Niketan.
The mini marathon was organised to sensitize public on rain water harvesting, saving our water sources.
Prizes and rolling trophy was distributed to the winning students. Mettupalayam Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic Murali, Education Consultant V. Ganesan, School Principal Uma Maheshwari, Deputy Principal Sakthivel were present.
