A woman who came in a car with Goa registration number had parked it near Ganesh theatre in Ooty and went out leaving behind her pet dog inside the car with windows open.
Meanwhile, the Rottweiler breed had bitten a passerby when he came near it.
When the affected person confronted the woman, she had threatened to let loose her dog on others who had gathered by then in support of the man. Angered by her, the public impounded her car and informed the police.
Consequently, the police who arrived at the scene, sent the injured man to the hospital while taking the woman to the police station for further inquiry.
The rude behavior of the woman had shocked many and they wondered how she had invited the wrath of the onlooker when she abused them in a bad language and defended her pet dog, without sympathizing for the affected man.
