In this scenario, video of Mugilan in a disheveled look raising slogans in the 1st platform of Tirupathy railway station at 7 PM has been released. In that video, he is seen shouting slogans against Kudankulam nuclear plant and to save Tamilnadu.
He has been identified by one of his friends who had studied with him in college, say unconfirmed sources.
The DGP of Tamil Nadu, Tripathy and DGP CBCID Mr. Jaffar Sait IPS have been informed of the news. The TN CB CID have sought confirmation from the Andhra Police to confirm if it's the missing social activist.
