The Corporation, today, seized five septic tank lorries for illegally dumping waste on the river banks.

The Corporation officials then warned the private septic tank companies of strict action if they continued to dump wastes in the Noyyal River which has been cleaned due to the untiring efforts taken by the City Corporation and voluntary organizations.
