Coimbatore: Three boys near Madukkarai today ventured out to bathe in a quarry pond. These three boys were bathing in the pond when they got drowned suddenly and died.
Coimbatore: Three boys near Madukkarai today ventured out to bathe in a quarry pond. These three boys were bathing in the pond when they got drowned suddenly and died.
Later, when the information was passed on to people nearby, rescuers from the Fire Department and Police got into the pond to rescue the boys.
Until now, they have recovered 2 bodies and the search is still on for the third body.
Initial investigation by the police has revealed that the boys are Siva (8) s/o Rajendran, Karthik (8) s/o Ramesh and Dinesh (8) s/o Ramesh.
