Actor Vivek stressed on the need to plant trees and also highlighted the overall impact of tourism in Nilgiris to the State as a whole.
"Nilgiris plays an important role in balancing life in the State. With lakhs of tourists visiting Ooty every year, it is important to avoid plastic use and preserve the green cover of Nilgiris," said Vivek.
