Coimbatore: The parents of the 16-year-old girl who died in Coimbatore GH on Friday after sustaining serious injuries in a cold-blooded honour killing incident have refused to collect the mortal remains of the girl.

The parents and relatives demanded the arrest of three others - Ayyapan, Kandhavelu and Chinraj who were allegedly present along with the main accused Vinodkumar (24) who on June 25 murdered his own brother, Kanagaraj (22) and his lover for caste based issues. In this scenario, Kanagaraj died on the spot, while the minor girl was undergoing treatment at Coimbatore GH. She succumbed to injures on Friday night and her body was sent to post mortem.

Meanwhile, the parents of the girl have refused to collect the girl's mortal remains demanding arrest of three others involved in the murder and also urged to hang the accused Vinodkumar to death and award life imprisonment to his aides.
