Coimbatore: In spite of stiff opposition from political parties and from people, the 24x7 drinking water supply project awarded to Suez is slowly taking shape and people can now complain about water leakage or pipeline damage to Suez through a WhatsApp number.
Coimbatore: In spite of stiff opposition from political parties and from people, the 24x7 drinking water supply project awarded to Suez is slowly taking shape and people can now complain about water leakage or pipeline damage to Suez through a WhatsApp number.
The project is now ongoing in R. S. Puram and work is expected to be completed by September. Apart from laying new pipelines for water supply, Suez is also asked to address the water supply related issues as part of the agreement signed with CCMC.

Now residents of R.S. Puram can register their complaints through a WhatsApp number +91-98650-60708. They can upload a picture of the issue along with address and location.
Employees appointed by Suez will attend to the complaints within a minimum turn around time. Once the work progresses , residents of all 60 old wards of Corporation where Suez has taken up 24x7 water supply project can register their complaints through this number.
According to sources in Suez, complaints will be attended to anytime between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
