Coimbatore: On the occasion of the 'Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Day,' a discussion was held with the professionals of the District Industries Center at the CODISSIA Industrial Exhibition Complex on Avinashi Road, in Coimbatore.

District Collector, K Rajamani participated in the event and discussed with the entrepreneurs and Trade Union executives. Following the debate, K Rajamani IAS addressed the reporters saying that adequate facilities and solutions to issues are being provided for entrepreneurs in Coimbatore.

He further stated that the problems faced by the public in areas where factories are located, and the problems that exist among residential areas are also being surveyed and necessary measures have been taken. "The Entrepreneurs are benefited by a 100 percent from the schemes implemented by the State Government and the Mudra Scheme of the Central Government," cited the District Collector.

He assured the few who claimed that they did not get proper plans that a proper solution will be provided through the District Industries Center. "In addition to this, a part of the income of the factories will be allotted for the benefit of the residents of the area where the factory is located with a common goal of preserving the environment. Therefore, all measures will be taken to develop the industries further without affecting the public and the environment in the city," reiterated the Collector.
