Tirupur: Putting an end to the confusion over the circular pasted at the TNSTC Division 2 Depot in Tirupur asking the conductors not to accept 10 rupee coins from passengers, Dhanapal, Zonal Manager of the division has revoked the circular and assured people that 10 rupee coins will be accepted as usual.

Clarifying the cancellation of order, the Zonal Manager said "As large sum of ten rupee coins is cumbersome to carry to the bank, the conductors were advised to minimise accepting 10 rupee coins from the passengers. As the order was disapproved and misunderstood by the people, we have revoked the order."
