People are more aware of organ donation than before, but not aware about the importance of skin. Whoever is keen on donating organs are not mentioning about skin donation in the request forms. Hence it is becoming the least important. This film will create awareness about skin donation. It will be uploaded in YouTube today at 6 pm. We believe it will create awareness among people," opined the members of One Heaven Tunes.
Actors Mohan Vaidhya, Venniradai Nirmala, Abhinaya Parameshwaran, Santhanam, Yogesh, Subramaniyam, Lakshmi Selvi and Dr. Sowmiya Varun are the film's cast. Vanathi Srinivasan spoke about the film saying, "Abhinaya who is acting in this film and her father have directed many social interest short films. Now they have directed a film based on medical interest. Awareness among people has increased by releasing short films on social media platforms.” Actor Mohan felt that the short film has shaped out very well. "Youngsters have shot this film in three days just in and around Coimbatore. This film will run for 20 minutes, which also includes one song,” he added.
