The upcoming parliament election for the 18 constituencies is now like a sword hanging above Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswamy’s head. For the past two years, the Tamil Nadu regime is happening only because of Modi’s favour. They say the Athikadavu project has been dropped because of insufficient funds. But the Government which spends Rs.2000 for 'Pongal Gifts' could not undertake the Athikadavu project?” he questioned.

“Edappadi Palaniswamy is running the Government only with the 6 percent remaining from the left-over fund, after paying 19 percent interest for the 4 lakh crores debt left behind by Jayalalithaa," he scoffed. “Veeranam lake was providing water to farmers for thousands of years. Was it built by the Chola king or by the current government?" he questioned.

“They have allotted 10,000 crores for the 8-lane highway but cannot allot 1500 crores for Athikadavu project. Where did the 10,000 crores come from?” he further questioned.

Pala. Karuppiah slammed PM Modi saying, “40 soldiers died in the Pulwama terrorist attack and we know Pakistan is funding terrorist training. Prime Minister Modi claimed that he killed 350 terrorists in two days after the attack.

But a foreign newspaper published that only a large pit was created by the Indian bomb attack. Is it not a shame on Modi? When Modi says he will deliver a special national speech, people are afraid whether he is going to say rupee notes are invalid and they begin withdrawing their savings from the Bank. That is the situation today in India,” he opined.
