Kerala's infamous Solar Panel Scam case has been under prosecution at the Coimbatore Judicial Magistrate court.
During the last hearing on June 30th, the accused Biju Menon had failed to appear and hence the magistrate adjourned the case to 19th July.
Today Sarita Nair and her Manager Ravi appeared in the 6th Judicial Magistrate for the hearing. Biju Menon was not present as he had to appear for another hearing at Kerala Court.
The magistrate adjourned the next hearing to 19th August 2016.
