Members of BJP protest to address the vacancies at Govt. Colleges in TN

Shortly, a protest was staged at Race Course by the Youth wing members of the BJP led by Sudhakaran, Leader Coimbatore BJP Youth Wing.

They stated that the vacancies at 89 Government Arts and Science colleges in Tamil Nadu have been left unattended by the State Government, leading to the closure of those Colleges. They alleged that 50 posts for Principal and 2000 posts for Lecturers have not been filled for years together, which has lead to questionable standards of education and inefficient management.

The protestors sarcastically evoked that the government has been duly filling the vacancies at the Tasmacs but has failed to attend to the pressing issue of deployment of adequate staffs at educational institutions.
