Power Outage Scheduled for Peedampalli and Othakaalmandapam Sub-stations Tomorrow

Electricity Board announces power cuts in several areas of Coimbatore on September 26 due to monthly maintenance work at Peedampalli and Othakaalmandapam sub-stations from 9 AM to 4 PM.


Coimbatore: The Electricity Board has announced power outages in various parts of Coimbatore on Tuesday, September 26, due to scheduled monthly maintenance work at two sub-stations. The affected areas will experience power cuts from 9 AM to 4 PM.

The Peedampalli sub-station maintenance will affect power supply in Kallappalayam, Peedampalli, Chinnakkalangal, Pappampatti, parts of Nagamanaickenpalayam, parts of Selvarajapuram, Kannampalayam, Nadupalayam, and Pallapalayam.

Similarly, maintenance work at the Othakaalmandapam sub-station will result in power cuts in Othakaalmandapam, parts of Malumichampatti, Eachanari division, parts of Arisipalayam, Premier Nagar, Mayileripalayam, Mampalli, Periyakuyili, Orattukkuppai, Thegani, and Chettipalayam.

Residents and businesses in these areas are advised to plan accordingly for the scheduled power outage. The Electricity Board assures that power supply will be restored once the maintenance work is completed by 4 PM.
