50th TNSSC Shotgun Championship to be Held at Kongunadu Rifle Club, Vellakovil

The 50th TNSSC Shotgun Championship will be hosted at Kongunadu Rifle Club in Vellakovil, Tiruppur District, Tamil Nadu, from August 23 to August 30, 2024. The event will feature three shotgun shooting competitions: Skeet, Double Trap, and Trap.



Coimbatore: Kongunadu Rifle Club is set to host the 50th Tamil Nadu State Shooting Championship (TNSSC) on Shotgun Events from August 23 to August 30, 2024. The championship will take place at the Kongunadu Rifle Club Shooting Range, located at 4/77 Andipalayam, LN Patti Post, Vellakovil, Tiruppur District, Tamil Nadu.



The championship will feature three key shotgun events: Skeet, Double Trap, and Trap shooting. The event kicks off with Skeet Official Practice on August 23, followed by the Inauguration and Skeet Competition on August 24, concluding with a Prize Distribution ceremony. The Double Trap events are scheduled from August 25 to August 27, with practices and competitions each day, culminating in another Prize Distribution on the final day. The Trap category will have its official practice on August 28, followed by the Trap Competition on August 29. The final day, August 30, will witness the concluding Trap Competition and the Closing Ceremony, along with the final Prize Distribution.

This championship is a major event for shooting sports enthusiasts and competitors across the region, providing an excellent platform for showcasing talent and skill in these prestigious shotgun shooting disciplines.
