Coimbatore Bharathi Park Women's Association Donates Cleaning Equipment Worth Rs.25,000 to Corporation

Bharathi Park Women's Association in Coimbatore donated cleaning equipment worth Rs.25,000 to the Corporation. Commissioner M. Sivaguru Prabakaran received the equipment on August 7, enhancing the city's sanitation efforts.


Coimbatore: The Bharathi Park Women's Association has donated cleaning equipment worth Rs.25,000 to the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation for sanitation work in Ward 69 of the Central Zone. The donated items include 36 plastic garbage bins, 100 sacks, 25 baskets, and whistles.

Corporation Commissioner M. Sivaguru Prabakaran IAS received the equipment today (August 7). Mrs. Karishma Raheja, President of the Bharathi Park Women's Association, along with other association executives, participated in the event.



On the same day, Commissioner M. Sivaguru Prabakaran personally inspected the cleanliness works being carried out by the Corporation sanitation workers in the Tadagam Road area of the Central Zone. He instructed the workers to complete the tasks quickly.



During this inspection, Councilor Saravanakumar, Police Inspector Saravanakumar, Corporation Health Inspector Saravanakumar, and other Corporation officials were present. This initiative is expected to improve the Corporation's sanitation efforts.
