TNAU to Conduct Two-Day Ready-to-Eat Food Preparation Training

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore will host a two-day training program on preparing ready-to-eat foods on August 6 and 7, 2024, from 9 AM to 5 PM at the Post-Harvest Technology Centre.


Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) in Coimbatore has announced a two-day training program on preparing ready-to-eat foods. According to a press release issued on August 2, the training will be held on August 6 and 7, 2024, from 9 AM to 5 PM at the Post-Harvest Technology Centre, College of Agricultural Engineering and Research Institute.

The training program will cover the preparation of various food mixes including dosa mix, adai mix, dhokla mix, ice cream mix, tomato rice mix, soup mix, gulab jamun mix, bisibela, bath mix, and kheer mix. This comprehensive course aims to equip participants with skills to prepare these popular ready-to-eat food items.

Interested individuals can participate in the training by paying a fee of Rs. 1,770 (Rs. 1,500 + 18% GST) on the first day of the training. This fee covers the cost of materials and instruction for both days of the program.
