Extension of Coimbatore-Jabalpur Weekly Train Service Announced

The Salem Railway Division has announced the extension of the weekly train service between Coimbatore and Jabalpur until April.


Coimbatore: According to a statement released by the Salem Railway Division, the weekly train service between Coimbatore and Jabalpur has been extended until April. As per the schedule, the Jabalpur-Coimbatore special train (No: 02198) will depart from Jabalpur every Friday at 11:50 PM, reaching Coimbatore Railway Station by Sunday afternoon at 2:40 PM, starting from January 12 until March 29.

On the return route, from January 15 to April 1, the Coimbatore-Jabalpur weekly special train (No: 02197) will depart from Coimbatore every Monday at 5:05 PM and arrive in Jabalpur on Wednesday morning at 8:45 AM. The train will stop at stations including Palakkad, Shoranur, and Mangalore, among others.
