Scheduled Power Outages in Saravanampatti, Madukkarai, and Sengaththurai Areas of Coimbatore today

Coimbatore's Saravanampatti, Madukkarai, and Sengaththurai areas to experience power cuts due to monthly maintenance work at local substations.


Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) has announced scheduled power outages in various parts of Coimbatore due to monthly maintenance activities at local substations.

In Saravanampatti, the power supply will be disrupted from 9 AM to 4 PM on 04.01.2024, affecting areas like Saravanampatti, Amman Kovil, Chinnavedampatti, Krishnapuram, Sivanandhapuram, Vellakinar, Urumandampalayam, Goundar Mills, Subramaniyampalayam, K.N.G. Pudur, Maniyakarampalayam (part), Lakshmi Nagar, Nachimuthu Nagar, Jayaprakash Nagar, Ganapathypudur, Udayampalayam, and Vellakinar Housing Unit.

Similarly, in Madukkarai, power cuts are scheduled for tomorrow (04.01.2024) from 9 AM to 4 PM, impacting K.K. Chavadi, Palathurai, Bypass Road, Chavadi Pudur, Kaliyapuram, Ettimadai, M.G.R. Nagar, Sugunapuram, P.K. Pudur, Madukkarai, Arivoli Nagar, and part of Coimbatore Pudur.

Additionally, in Sengaththurai, the TNEB has scheduled power interruptions tomorrow from 9 AM to 4 PM. Affected areas include Sengaththurai, Kadaampadi, Aero Nagar, Kangayampalayam, P.N.P. Nagar, and Mathiyalagan Nagar.

Residents and businesses in these areas are advised to plan accordingly and arrange for alternate power sources if necessary. These maintenance activities are part of the TNEB's efforts to ensure reliable power supply in the region.
