This accolade was presented by President Droupadi Murmu on December 3, 2023, at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi.

Swarnalatha J, an acclaimed Asia Book of Records Holder and five-time TEDx Speaker, is celebrated for her multifaceted roles as a disability rights activist, singer, photographer, and motivational speaker.
