Massive public grievance redressal camp on behalf of Coimbatore police - 83 petitions disposed of amicably

In Coimbatore, 85 petitions were heard at a major public grievances redressal camp presided over by District Superintendent of Police Badrinarayanan, and 83 petitions were promptly disposed of.



Coimbatore: As many as 83 petitions were disposed of promptly at a massive public grievances redressal camp organised by the district police in Coimbatore.

Inquiry of public petitions done at Coimbatore district police stations and finding of petitions that are dissatisfied with the action already taken. On the directives of District Superintendent of Police Badrinarayanan, the petitions were reheard at the District Armed Forces Ground.

Summoning the petitioners and respondents of the above petitions in person. The petitions were heard by the district superintendent of police and police officers, and they were disposed of.



On Wednesday, 85 petitions relating to family issues, money transfer issues, and land issues were heard and re-examined during the public grievances redressal camp. First Information Report (FIR) was registered on 2 petitions and 83 petitions were disposed of amicably.



Additional District Superintendents of Police, Sub-Divisional Deputy Superintendents of Police and Inspectors of Police attended the meeting and took steps to resolve the grievances of the public.



The District Superintendent of Police has instructed the public to go to the office and police stations of the respective sub-divisional deputy superintendents of police and police stations on other working days to redress their grievances.

In order to address the grievances of the public, this public grievances redressal camp held in Coimbatore district has been well received by the public.
