Raja said, "The Commercial Courts Act 2015 was revolutionary. 23 Sections of the Commercial Court Act were brought in to make the country's economy vibrant. In the new commercial court, cases can be resolved within 6 months. Likely, this court practice will soon be followed by civil courts hearing other cases."

"Commercial cases are first taken up in conciliation and, if not settled there, are taken to court. It can provide an easy solution for those who have lost money. Commercial Courts help in the economic development of the country. The Indian legal profession will soon be appreciated by all.

That is, 21 per cent of the cases were resolved and Tamil Nadu stood first in the number of cases resolved in the country. In the year 2019, TN brought the status of zero pending cases in Chennai and Madurai High Courts. At present only cases registered for 2 to 3 years are pending.

During the pandemic, Tamil Nadu topped the list in solving the most cases in the last 2 years from 2020 to 2022.
