Migraine Headache? Try This!!

There are so many types of headaches. Some of them could be migraine and some of them could be a result of stress. Some headaches could also be due to sun exposure and some could be due to food poisoning. But headaches are horrible. They totally pin you down and make you unable to carry on with anything else. The problem with taking a pill is that you may suffer the side effects. Some pills are bad for your liver and kidneys too. So, here is a simple remedy which may work for your headache.

Ingredients You will need Himalayan salt. It looks pink in colour and is not the regular iodised salt you use in your recipes at home. You need 2 teaspoons of Himalayan salt and a lemon

Squeeze the juice of the lemon into a glass. Add 2 teaspoon so Himalayan salt to it. Start mixing both of them. Add some water to it and mix well. See that the salt is totally dissolved.

Consume the mixture. After a few minutes, you will find some relief from your headache.

About Himalayan Salt:
Himalayan salt is said to contain around 84 minerals and electrolytes. Using it can reduce a migraine headache. It is also said to improve immunity, boost your energy, restore alkaline balance, restore electrolyte balance and make you feel better.

Another Remedy Get a glass of tender coconut water and add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt. Add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Blend them well and drink.

Headache Due to Dehydration? If dehydration if the reason behind your headache, this remedy can instantly reduce the pain.

Other Benefit This remedy could also treat mineral deficiency or electrolyte imbalance. It can also cure a headache that is due to liver toxicity.
