A Chinese Remedy For Lifelong Health

According to Chinese Medicine, there is a peculiar spot in the human body, which when subjected to treatment with ice for a few minutes, can rejuvenate your body and cure you of all illnesses. Feng Fu, a place at the back of your head, where the neck meets your head, is a pressure point in Acupuncture, a key branch of Alternative Chinese Medicine.

The process basically involves bandaging some ice packs onto the Feng Fu point for 20 minutes. Make this a part of your lifestyle with a day's break in between. The procedure should be done on an empty stomach both in the morning and at night, before going to bed. According to the Chinese, a cold is not at all a possibility during the procedure. It's stated that after 30-40 seconds an influx of heat from the point of the action starts to flow through the body. A feeling of elated ecstasy is predominant in the first few days due to the endorphins being released into the bloodstream.
