Coronavirus vaccination given at four centers in Tirupur district


Tirupur: Coronavirus vaccination is being given at four centers in Tirupur district. The Prime Minister had said that the first phase of the coronavirus vaccine would be given to frontline staff across the country from today. Coronavirus vaccination is being given today at Tirupur District Government General Hospital, Dharapuram, Udumalai Government Hospitals and Perumanallur Primary Health Center in Tirupur District.



In the first phase, 13,500 vaccines have been brought to Tirupur district. Doctors said up to 100 people would be vaccinated at each center in a day and they would be monitored for 30 minutes at the respective centre after vaccination and will be sent home after a full examination.
