Water is an essential component of all living organism and on average adult human body contains 60% water. This composition of water varies in male, female and in kids. Newly born babies and kids bodies have more water percentage and woman has low water level than an average adult human. A human body daily needs 3-4 liter water a day to function better. Low intake of water results in dehydration and many other health problems.

Right Time and Ways To Drink Water: Drinking plenty of water is very beneficial for human body but drinking water at a right time increase its benefits for the healthy body.

  1. Drinking water in morning empty stomach purifies the colon and improve internal organs functionality. It helps to cure constipation.
  2. Drinking more water in the morning helps to lose weight naturally. For better results you can use warm water.
  3. Drink water 30 minutes before meal helps in digestion.
  4. Drink water before bath helps to control blood pressure.
  5. Drink water before bed avoid stroke, heart attack and for good sleep.

Ayurveda suggest you to drink Copper water. Store water in a Copper Bessel in night in moonlight and drink it in morning. It fulfills the lake of Copper element in your body. You have to take break of Copper water every after 2-3 weeks if drinking daily. Avoid cold and ice water because it slowing down metabolism.

Ayurveda also demonstrate to drink water in sitting position with small sips. Avoid water during meal or drink less if required. Use of warm water better than normal water and drink water every time when you feel thirst to hydrate your body is very beneficial.
