Coconut:



Coconut in all its forms is akalising. You can use coconut oil for cooking purposes, enjoy its juice or eat the raw coconut. It alkalises your system.

Water 

Drinking alkaline water is good for even people suffering from diabetes, blood pressure, acid reflux and high cholesterol levels. The pH value of normal water is 7 whereas alkaline water's pH is 8.




Lemon Water:



If you are wondering how lemons that contain citric acid can help, rest assured. Lemon juice creates an alkaline effect on your body. Drink it in the morning. This is one of the natural ways to alkalise the body.

Green Veggies:

When your body turns acidic, the calcium in the bones is used to reduce the acidic levels. That is dangerous to your bones. But when you eat green veggies like spinach, kale and spirulina, you can alkalise your system and also get some calcium too.

Aloe Vera Juice:

When your body is slightly towards the acidic side, the best way to bring it back to normal is by drinking aloe vera juice. You can derive the juice from the leaves of aloe vera and mix it in water before drinking.

Exercise:

Exercise is one of the most natural ways to alkalise the body. It helps your body eliminate the acidic waste materials that are accumulated. Also, avoid stress as it temporarily affects the digestive system and delays the process of acidic elimination of waste products.
