We all must have heard about kidney stones. But do we all know what it actually is? Well, a kidney stone is a hard mass that forms from crystals in the urine.

The natural chemicals in the urine usually stop the kidney stones from forming, in most people. When these natural chemicals are disturbed, such stones are formed.
