The Dravidar youth from the state staged a protest near the Coimbatore South Governor's Office slamming the Central Government for snatching jobs from Tamil Nadu youth.
Coimbatore: The Dravidar Kazhagam youth and cadres staged a protest near the Coimbatore South Governor's Office condemning the Central Government for announcing that it was not necessary to pass Tamil language for securing bank jobs in Tamil Nadu.
Dravidar Kazhagam workers across Tamil Nadu staged protests against the Central Government's announcement that Tamil was not a compulsory subject for banking. With regard to this, the District Dravidar Students' Union led by Irakulan, Under Secretary of State for the District Dravidar Students' Union, staged a protest near the Governor's Office in Coimbatore South.
They raised slogans saying that the Central Government was imposing Hindi language in all the departments like Railways, Banking and Post Office and snatching the jobs of the youth of Tamil Nadu.
They also accused the Central Government of deliberately snatching jobs in Tamil Nadu.
