Police arrest Hindu National Party cadres for protesting half-naked at Tirupur District Collector's office

The Hindu nationalists were demanding the arrest of U2 Brutus channel person for allegedly posting defamatory comments on a Hindu god.


Tirupur: Police arrested Hindu nationalists who staged a protest half-naked at the Tirupur District Collector's office, demanding the arrest of a person who runs a YouTube channel that was allegedly posting defamatory remarks about a Hindu god.



Vijay, who runs a YouTube channel called U2 Brutus has allegedly been posting defamatory comments about Hindu deities on his channel and hence Hindu National Party (HNP) protesters demanded his immediate arrest.

The Hindu National Party cadres who were half-naked and raising slogans demanding the arrest of Vijay at the Tirupur District Collector's office were arrested by the police.
