According to them, the ration cardholders who did not buy the goods at the Angeripalayam fair price shop under the Chettipalayam Primary Agricultural Society in Tirupur district received a text message saying that the goods were purchased without purchase ever actually taking place. People are accusing the officials of speaking in a threatening tone without responding properly when asked about it.
Therefore, they demanded that all the records including the Family Card and all sales records allotted to the shop be inspected and appropriate action be taken to ensure that this situation never repeats itself.
