A couple and a disabled YouTuber submitted a petition seeking action against the supporters of Rowdy Baby Surya, stating they have been threatening to kill them on phone calls and through YouTube
Coimbatore:A couple and a differently abled man submitted petition to the District Collector Sameeran stating the supporters of ‘Rowdy Baby’ Surya were issuing death threats to them.
Tik Toker, YouTuber, ‘Rowdy Baby’ Surya aka Subbalakshmi and her friend Sikka were arrested after they abused a family through their videos, based on a complaint filed by a Coimbatore-based couple and complaints from various districts. Both of them have are framed under the Goondas Act for their obscene acts and threatening public.
The complainants and their supporters have complained against Rowdy Baby Surya for allegedly threatening them.
A couple, Thilaka from Coimbatore filed a complaint first while,some people, including Lawrence Surya (Differently Abled- YouTuber), have come out in support of them. The complainants stated that Suyra’s supporters have been threatening them on phone calls and YouTube and posting derogatory posts about them on their social media channels. They stated that the supporters from Malaysia were also threatening them and demanded immediate action against those who are threatening them.
