Coimbatore:A full body check-up for the sanitary workers was held at the Government Hospital on Friday, 11th March.
A free full physical examination for Corporation cleanliness workers was held at Coimbatore Government Hospital today under the chairmanship of the National Commission for Safai Kamcharies,Chairman Venkatesan. A free Master Health Check-Up for Corporation Sanitation workers at Coimbatore Government Hospital was inaugurated by Coimbatore Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar at Coimbatore Government Hospital two days ago. It is proposed to conduct a free full physical examination for the sanitary workers working in 100 wards on behalf of Coimbatore Corporation.
This procedure is being conducted for 1,500 workers at the rate of 30 persons per day in the center. As part of this, a full physical examination was conducted today, 11th March at the Centre at Government Hospital, Coimbatore under the chairmanship of the National Commission for Safai Kamcharies, Chairman Venkatesan.
Venkatesan also inquired the women sanitary workers if the examinations are being properly done. The Social Health Officer of Coimbatore Corporation was also present on the occasion.
