The employees of Makkalai Thedi Maruthuvam in the city have requested to pay their salaries to their respective bank accounts as they face issues in splitting salary provided through Area Level Federation, and submitted a petition to the District Collector.
Coimbatore: The employees of Makkalai Thedi Maruthuvam in the city have requested to pay their salaries to their respective bank accounts. The staff submitted a petition to the District Collector Dr. GS Sameeran.
The employees of Makkalai Thedi Maruthuvam in the city have requested to pay their salaries to their respective bank accounts. The staff working for the past 5 years received salary in their bank accounts and it is now being paid through ALF- Area Level Federation.
They stated that they have been facing issues splitting the salary paid as a whole through ALF as it is paid as a whole and therefore requested that their salaries are credited to their respective bank accounts as practised before.
The petitioners stated that a salary of Rs 4,500 per month is paid and demanded a hike.
