Papua New Guinea Governor invites Coimbatore industrialists for food processing, Agri, wood business with country

The industrialists from CODISSIA, CII, Hoteliers and some other associations had a special interaction with the Governor of West New Britain Papua New Guinea and discussed starting a new business in the fields of Agri equipment, food processing, and wood in the oceanic island country



Coimbatore: A Special interaction meeting was held with the Governor of West New Britain Papua New Guinea, Sasindran Muthuvel.



Food Processing, Wood, and Agri equipment industrialists have good scope to start Business at West New Britain Papua New Guinea, a country located in the north of Australia. Special interaction meeting was held for Industrialists with Governor of West New Britain Papua New Guinea, Sasindran Muthuvel at Coimbatore.

Industrialists from 'CODISSIA', 'CII', Hoteliers Association, and various other associations participated. During the meeting, Governor Sasindran Muthuvel explained the natural resources which are available in West New Britain Papua New Guinea. The country is known for its rich resources such as Palm oil, Copper, Nickel mines, and above all for the soil wealth which helps huge quantity of vegetables which can be grown without using fertilizers.



He said that the tender coconut size is more than 4 times when compared with the Indian tender coconuts. This is an example of how good the soil is. He invited the Coimbatore Industrialists to visit their country to start a business. He also assured that all help would be given and all approvals can be availed online.



Industrialists who participated in the meeting said the interaction was very useful. There's is a huge scope for Food Processing industries, wood-related industries, and Agricultural related equipment manufacturers to start businesses inthe country

The industrialists are planning to visit the country as a team looking for new business establishments
