Coimbatore: The members of Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam celebrated the Chief Minister’s birthday cutting cake at Gandhinagar, Vadaputhur Town Panchayat area and distributed welfare assistance to 300 people.
Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam members have been widely celebrating the DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin’s birthday across the state. A celebration was held at Gandhinagar in Vadapudur town panchayat of Kinathukadavu on Tuesday.
Party functionaries cut cakes at a function presided over by Vadapudur Panchayat Sabha president Abinya Ashok Kumar. Subsequently, 300 persons were given welfare assistance and annadhanam. Saplings were distributed to all those who participated in the function.
The function was attended by Kinathukadavu West Union DMK Secretary Mohammed Yasin, District Panchayat Member Rajan, Kinathukadavu Town In-charge Kanakaraj, Solavampalayam Panchayat Council President Senthil Kumar, Chokkanur Panchayat Council President Thirunavukkarasu, Union Councillor Ramaswamy, Youth Organiser Vimal, Madhukarai Panchayat Council Deputy Chairman Prakash, Kinatukadavu Town Panchayat Councillor Shakti Saranya and others.
