Coimbatore: An 'Annadanam' was organized for special children studying at the Presentation Convent for the Disabled in Kinathukadavu Singarampalayam on behalf of the Anna Trade Union.
The Anna Trade Union of State Transport Corporation Pollachi Branch II fed the special children studying in Presentation Convent for Disabled in Kinathukadavu Singarampalayam to commemorate the 74th birth anniversary of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, J Jayalalitha.
The event was chaired by the Regional Secretary, CDC M Chinraj and was headed by the Branch President, Deivasikamani. Kinathukadavu MLA S Damodaran participated in the function and inaugurated the Annadhanam for the students.
More than 50 members of The Pollachi Branch-II Anna Trade Union of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation were also present at the event.
