The Consumer redressal regarding postal services is scheduled to be held on the 10th of March at the office of the Head of Postal Department, Tamil Nadu Postal Circle at Anna Road, Chennai.
Coimbatore: Postal Grievances Redressal Meeting will be held in Chennai on 10th March, for which applications are being invited.
The Tamil Nadu Postal Circle Level Postal Consumer Disputes Redressal Meeting will be held on March 10, at the Office premises of the Head of Postal Department, Tamil Nadu Postal Circle at Anna Road, Chennai. The meeting will begin at 11 am and the consumers are invited to post their grievances on issues relating to money order, registered post, express mail, parcel, savings account, insurance, among other services offered.
The department informed that the complaints should be forwarded to the address, Vijayalakshmi, Assistant Director, Head of Postal Department, Tamil Nadu Postal Circle, Chennai - 600002 by March 4., or through the e-mail at [email protected].
The complainants must mention the number of the mail, the date of mail, the sender, and the address of the recipient should be specified. In the case of savings plans, postal insurance, rural postal insurance the postal department said that the relevant documents should be sent along with details such as account numbers.
The department has insisted that not just the complaints, the applicants shall also share their ideas in order to improve services.
