The Coimbatore city police have arrested the man who swindled upto one crore rupees from 4 companies in the city.
Coimbatore: The Coimbatore city police have arrested the man who swindled upto one crore rupees from 4 companies in the city, with the help of Chennai Police department.
A criminal who had been absconding for the past one-and-a-half years after swindling cash from different companies by issuing fake documents has been caught in Chennai with the help of Chennai police.

The accused, Yuvaraj, had produced fake documents and availed work at the finance sector in private undertakings like the RMKV Silks, Coimbatore Lalita Jewellery, Trichy Patanjali Silks, a private hospital and cheated cash of Rs 16 lakhs. Yuvraj, who had been absconding for a-year-and-a-half, had recently worked and ran away with the cash from the KMCH Hospital submitting forged documents. He worked at the finance department and ran away with 85,00,000 that he reportedly stole from the locker last week.
While the Coimbatore police were desperate to nab Yuvraj, who was involved in a series of frauds, they sought the help of Chennai city police to nab the culprit. According to the orders of Chennai City Kilpauk Deputy Commissioner Dr Tr Karthikeyan, the police had been searching for Yuvraj for three consecutive days. He has now been arrested in Chennai and handed over to Coimbatore city police.
It may be noted that there are several cases pending against Yuvraj for embezzled lakhs of rupees at various places.
