The DMK candidate contesting at ward 97 in Coimbatore for local body elections campaigned on Wednesday promising to resolve issues in 100 days if she wins the elections, just like the Chief Minister promised.
Coimbatore: DMK candidate Nivetha Senapati promises to settle petitions received during vote collection in 100 days after winning, just like the TN Chief Minister MK Stalin promised.

Nivetha Senathipathi is contesting for DMK in the 97th ward of Coimbatore Corporation. Campaigning in her ward she stated that she will resolve all the pleas received in 100 days once she assumes office winning the election.

Following the footsteps of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, who met people in all the 234 constituencies while campaigning for the last assembly elections and received their pleas, under ‘Ungal Thoguthiyil Stalin’, Nivetha also stated that she will take care of the issues in the constituency.
It may be noted that Stalin promised that he would settle within 100 days of assuming charge of the government. He then appointed an IAS officer for the same and found a solution.

Nivetha Senathipathi a 22-year-old young candidate, said that in the last 10 days, 2,340 petitions have been received in ward 97 and most of the petitions have required basic necessities like patta, road, drinking water, garbage problem, street light, old age allowance, sewage tank etc. The DMK candidate assured that if she wins, all this will be taken care of in the first 100 days.
